When I had kept a pigeon for pet before, I received a complaint about his cry from my neighbors and I therefore couldn’t keep him any more. I was eventually compelled to let him get away because I couldn’t find a new his owner. However I hesitated to decide to free him because pigion is considered as an injurious bird due to its droppings. In the meanwhile, I got an idea to improve the negative image of pigion for him; planed to make pigeons take colorful dropping and to turn the dirty streets into colorful ones.
