メキシコの路上には移動式の小さな売店がひしめいて立ち並んでいる。それらは定型の金属フレームを用いて組み上げられ、その規格によって路上の混沌とした商売環境の秩序は保たれているように見える。また、それらは、街を作る様々な建築規格の混在によって生まれた最終的な隙間にも、調和をもたらしているようである。
移動式の売店が集まる場所では、それらがない時に「属性を持つことのない余白」が強く感じられた。そこは標準化されない事物だけが自由に流動し、そこでの出来事や状態は、地域性から導き出される妥当な必然性のようなものを示していた。

In the streets of Mexico, mobile small stalls crowd together, assembled using standardized metal frames. This adherence to a standard seems to maintain order in the chaotic business environment of the streets. Moreover, these stalls bring harmony even to the final gaps created by the mix of various architectural standards that make up the city.
In places where these mobile stalls gather, the absence of them creates a strong sense of "blank space" devoid of attributes. Here, only non-standardized entities flow freely, and the events or conditions there seem to demonstrate a valid inevitability derived from regional specificity.
