Borderline will be set up for us not to be disappointed

In accordance with the administrative regulations of New York City, homeowners and tenants are obliged to maintain the sidewalks in front of their residences. Failure to clean them may result in fines if discovered by inspectors. Consequently, cumbersome garbage was often shuffled around, and boundaries were artificially traversed.
One day, after heavy snowfall, I found myself needing to shovel snow to clear the sidewalk, much like the garbage had been shuffled around. As I observed the way snow was being cleared, I began to suspect the attitudes of neighbors who did not tidy up their garbage. Eventually, my suspicions turned into conviction, and I drew a boundary line.
