ショッピングカート（体操）
Shopping Cart (gymnastics)

スポーツの器具が行為に応じて機能美を得る過程とは反対に、はじめに器具を彫刻のように制作し、その形態に導かれる身体運動を探った。ショッピングカートの器具化は、自身の遊びの経験に基づいている。
運動に従事するバレーダンサー・ボルダリング選手・体操選手の三人は、それぞれの方法で器具の発見を体現した。

The aesthetic aspect of sport apparatuses has been becoming sophisticated by the acts. I first made a gymnastics apparatus from a sculptural point of view in the other way round. And I tried to see the diversity of the acts which the apparatus provided. Three performers - ballet dancer, boulderer, gymnast - embodied their discovery of the apparatus in their ways.
